salt to taste
METHOD
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, knead it into semi-soft dough using little water at a time.
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 F / 180 C .
- You will need a chakli/muruku maker with a 1- star attachment. refer here
- Insert the dough to the chakli maker and press out the dough in spirals on a baking tray.
- Bake these chaklis in the oven for 20-25 mins, flipping the chaklis once after 12 mins.
- Let it cool and store it in a air-tight container.

- Every oven is different, keep an eye on chakli throughout. Some ovens might need 30-35 mins too.
